Century AK Mount adapter help

Hello,

I got a Century arms AK with the proprietary side mount and a sightmark ultra. I need an adapter for these two but haven't had any luck. Am I out of luck and should try returning the optic? It would be an H1 > Weaver adapter I'm assuming.
