Do they come with the lifetime warranty? If so then yes.

I may be wrong but as I remember they do not carry the lifetime warr So if this is true then no. If they have the warr then ok.

The 50mm has to do with the OB lens size. That is not the tube length. More useful on a hunting rifle would be the 40mm OB lens. The OB lens is the one at the front of the scope. The one at the muzzle end of the firearm.

In viewing the scopes on midway it says full gold ring warranty. Keep in mind I read a while back an article about how "refurbished" could mean anything from a scope being shipped to a retailer and not sold so it was returned to the mfgr to actual refurbishing.

IMO these deals are an absolute steal...

Midway states that they will cover retail warranty for one year, Leupold claims lifetime warranty. The only problem is that there is no way to find out what kind of condition the scope is on the outside, cosmetic wise. Other than that, I believe the internal/function wise is brand new.

I called Midway and they said that the scopes are all shipped back to Leupold and they're all factory refurbished. However, there is no way to find out what kind of condition the outside/cosmetic wise is.
