Dream Optics / Ideal Optics for AR-15 platform

Guys, I am new to the forum, i like to ask what is your ideal or dream optic set up for an AR-15 platform ? It is going on a SCAR 16. No budget.
    EOTech + 3x magnifier ?
    Trijicon ?
Range is 50yards to 200yards max. What is your preference, looking for higher quality sights / optics .

id recommend a 1-8 scope, not an eotech or aimpoint with magnifier.

if you dont have a budget, i would go with whatever glass you preferred. just fyi, some scopes w/mount may be more expensive than the rifle they sit on.

my dream optic was a us optics SR-8C with horus.

I've got two SCAR 16s and I run an Aimpoint T1 on one and a Trijicon MRO on the other. I used to run a Trijicon TR24R 1-4X, but I moved it to an AR. If I might offer a suggestion; Don't go with a heavy optic/mount it ruins the SCAR.

            Here are the dream variables:

Swarovski Z6i BRT-1 - Light weight, plenty of zoom for 5.56, illuminated reticle.
Kahles K16i - Light weight very nice reticle
            Leupold Mark 6 1-6x20mm M6C1 - Light weight, a little large though.
And if you are OK with a 1-4X, NightForce NXS 1-4x24mm - .250 MOA - FC-3G - Light weight superior quality.

I don't like the US Optics scopes because they are too heavy.
I don't like the Vortex for the same reason.

            Dream Red Dots:

Aimpoint T2 with Aimpoint 3X magnifier in LaRue Mounts - I have this combo on a SCAR 17 and it is TITS.

I'm not crazy about Elcan for a number of reasons.
sigpicC'mon man, shouldn't we ban Democracks from Cal-Guns? Or at least send them to re-education camps.

Which of the two red dots do you favor the most between the Aimpoint T1 & Trijicon MRO?

Dream optic? An affordable, durable, and lightweight 1/4/8x Elcan-style variable on an ACOG mount, with a very well-designed FFP BDC reticle that's daylight bright and has battery life of an Aimpoint, with massive eyebox with consistent eye relief at all levels of magnification, and repeatable adjustment.

But, in reality... I've tried Aimpoints (Pro, T2), ACOGs (TA11, TA33), and a 1-6x Vortex Razor. I'd say that the Razor is technically the best of the three, but I prefer the TA11 in practice.

US Optics 1-8x DFP or the Schmidt mentioned above gets my pick.

Sorry, I don't get notifications anymore for some reason. Uh, They are both very good.

The MRO has a wider field of view and is less expensive, but it is relatively unproven compared to the T1. And there are no lens caps right now, but that doesn't bother me. I wish the brightness options were more refined, but it runs very efficiently and is plenty bright. I think the field of view is a game changer in a micro optic however and I like the exposed windage and elevation adjustments.

The T1 is a proven RDS, with a more restrictive field of view. It is more expensive and it has caps over the windage and elevation which means adjustments take more time and the caps can be lost. I much prefer the T2, but it is very very expensive and I'm not sure it's worth the difference in price over the T1.

For the money I think the MRO is a good deal. But the T1 has the reputation. So if you don't mind spending the extra money get the T1. If you want the best bang for your buck get the MRO.
