Will a variable magnification optic like the TR-25 ghost the A2 FSB on a rifle length barrel?
I can see just a fair amount of distortion that is the FSB when viewing through an ACOG TA55A on the rifle length system, but it is not an issue on a carbine length set-up and I am wondering what to expect if I switch to a TR-25 or similar tube style variable optic on a rifle length barrel. I simply do not know where the focal point is or if the variable magnification will affect it throughout the range of adjustment in regards to being able to see the FSB etc.
