    Aimpoint Micro Spacer "High" question

Is the Aimpoint Micro Spacer that attaches to the LRP considered a absolute co-witness or 1/3 witness height? On the website it says the "optical axis" is 39mm.

I was comparing the Aimpoint mount the Scalarworks mount. Scalarworks website states they produce a 36mm "co" and a 40mm "1/3" mount. Is there no industry standard as to what axis height is considered "co" or "1/3" witness?

The Aimpoint Micro 39mm spacer is the "high mount" (the 30mm spacer is the low mount). According to this review, the high mount is lower 1/3 cowitness.

      Thanks for the info Teflon.

So I guess the Scalarworks 40mm is even higher than the Aimpoints. I wish there were just one set standard.
