    Aimpoint PRO Mount Question

Hello guys. Going to be ordering an Aimpoint PRO soon. I've searched all over the Internet and I keep finding different answers. Does the provided mount provide an absolute or lower 1/3 co witness? I want lower 1/3. Some people online says it's absolute , some say it's lower 1/3, some says it's in between both. Aimpoint's website provides no answers.

Anyone know the definite answer to this?

    Thank You

Both. The riser attached to it in the box is close to absolute, but you can also add the included riser extension for lower 1/3.

Aimpoint pro with spacer (how it comes packaged nib) is inbetween lower 1/3 and absolute cowitness. I found I like it with the spacer but then again I bought a larue lower 1/3 mount because I was going for a different look. A plus with the larue Is that it's noticeably lighter than the Aimpoint mount

Thanks. Is there a way to buy a spacer to make it true lower 1/3?

I would call aimpoint to make sure. I was going that route but bought a different mount as I said.
