    Set your existing scope to 3x, that's what the 3x32 will be like.

      Ok cool, thought so, but didnt know if going from 40 to 32 mm made a difference.

        It won't. The objective lens size(that 32 or 40mm number) is going to effect things like exit pupil(you can look that up if you want) and needs to be larger with a higher magnification, so have a larger(more usable) exit pupil.

          You will probably see the front sight at the bottom of your scope but it won't interfere with anything. If you purchase the P223 3x32, you will have to use a two piece riser. The tube is too short to be mounted with a one piece riser.
