Diamondhead d-45 sights - just venting

Bought a set of these from Bud's gunshop. Upon inspection, the front sight post is missing from the front sight. I emailed both buds and diamondhead on Sunday, but no response from either one yet. I called diamondhead this morning (Tuesday) and was transferred to their customer support person (by the automatic routing system) and that person's voice mailbox is full, so I couldn't leave a message. So far, not impressed with the customer service from either place after spending $230 on sights. If not resolved soon, I will simply return for a refund.
