New red dot that works with Eotech magnifier?

I am sending back my defective Eotech but i still have a the magnifier. What do I kneed to know to get another red dot that will line up properly?

Also any suggestions on a super lightweight red dot that will cowitness the buis on another rifle?

A suggestion, if you can't find something it will work on, and I have no idea, I know plenty of people kept their Eotech, me included.

Maybe sell and get something else?

Just a suggestion. And no, I'm not looking for one.(meaning I'm not saying this just to get you to sell it to me)

My gut tells me it will work with any red dot, though.

The mount height is what's important. If you were set up at absolute co-witness before, get a new RDS that's at the same height. If you were at lower 1/3 co-witness before, get a new RDS that's at the same height. You'll make adjustments inside the magnifier anyway.
