3x alignment help

i went with a di optic red dot, burris flip mount and a PA 3x, when the 3x is flipped to the side and i look down the red dot it seems to be zeroed roughly where its supposed to be but i havent taken it to the range yet but when i flip the 3x back the red dot is down and to the left of center thru the magnification?

You need to center the reticle in your magnifier view using those adjustment knobs on your magnifier.

Your optic seems low. Do they even co witness with your dot?

no its not low if you see it from behind the glass is where it is supposed to be, about where an eotech is
