I requested a refund on my 512 on January 28th 2016, called in today since I have yet received any contact back and was told it could take weeks....

I'm over a month. Emailed them on Thursday. My guess is mine is at the bottom of a big pile that might be growing larger by the day.

Thanks. Called and got confirmation. First time I hit 1, it threw me back into the options menu. Second time I got in the queue and it was a short wait.
