When I called many weeks ago that is exactly what I was told they are doing what they referred to as rolling blocks of checks. So I suspect if you do not get a check that was in this block it will be another 2-3 month before the next block gets sent.

Both of my checks arrived today $644 xps FDE and $1019 (for an xps and magnifier combo). I had sent them back in January because I was going back and forth on whether to return them or not as they've always been my favorite. I ended up buying a sparc with magnifier and traded for a primary arms red dot. I've not used the pa dot yet but the sparc is great. And a great savings to put towards ammo.

I received my check today as well. Got my authorization on 1/18 and they received my shipment 1/22.

Got my check too. I sent mine in on December 31. I think I was a worst case scenario with about an 80 day wait between return and refund in hand.

My check finally came in today. This has been a very long wait. Now I need a new red dot whats good out there? OR should I wait for the new eotech? (It could be years of waiting before that happens) lol.

Final timeline:

12-28-15: Filled out the online RMA form.
12-30-15: Got my RMA request form EOTech.
01-02-16: Mailed my EOTech back.
01-07-16: EOTech received the packaged.
01-15-16: Received email from EOTech refund is being issued.
03-18-16: Still waiting.
03-19-16: Received my check.

Regarding the instructions, it says to include "2. You printed Refund Request enclosed". However, the email authorization includes the original refund request in the same email chain. Just print that single email chain and I'm good, right?

Also, did you guys just go down to the USPS and ask for insurance on first-class? Or priority? I know nothing about the mailing system...

You should print all pages from the email that includes your RMA.

Also for mailing I used a yellow bubble envelope. I had some extra sheets of bubble laying around and i just wrapped my eotech. It costed $6 to ship to MA.

I believe its first class. I didnt insure mine but i bought the tracking.

Sent mine in 12/28. Called them 3/17 am ,said check was mailed 3/11, received check 3/11 pm. Ha. What to get now?
