MD-ADS, which mount?

I want to purchase a Primary Arms MD-ADS to go on my stock Colt LE6920 MOE. I'm thinking of getting this mount for it. THoughts or suggestions?

This is strictly for range/plinking.

Just noticed they have a Radical Firearms PA absolute cowitness in their drop down menu. Adds $10 to the price, nice. Just not sure about the cowitness vs 1/3 thing.

Additional info: my LE6920 has a fixed front sight and a flip up rear sight. help?

The mount is fine, I have one. But you need to decide if you want absolute or lower 1/3 cowitness. Google it. Plenty of debating which is better.

That mount is for lower 1/3rd.
