.416/.50 cal optics what do you use?

Im looking at purchasing a new rifle .416/.50out of state only and I know a good scope cost good money id like to be in the 2-3K range but will spend more if need be. Im also thinking about the BORS system but that would limit me to the Leupold,Nightforce or S&B. What are your thoughts? Looking for a 2k yard scope.

Why not just get a .50 in CA? Most 50BMGs can also be had in .510 DTC. I know one FFL in CA who is working on importing AR50s and M82s rechambered to .510DTC. For an inexpensive match ready 50, it's hard to beat an AR50.

For a scope, I've been able to shoot from 50 feet to one mile with the 5.5-22 NXS on my AR50 without having to add adjustable rings or rail. I haven't tried to shoot a mile or more with my 8-32 NXS on my ALS and, I wouldn't even try to shoot 1000 with the supersniper on my short barreled Ferret50.
