Scope mount recommendation savage 12 short action accu trigger

I called savage today to purchase a one piece weaver style mount (farrell: forgive my spelling) long story short they doubled their prices...I am curious if anybody has a recommendation for a one piece mount and what rings you would purchase for this set up.

I am hesitant to buy the farrell mount due to the quick price change. I am a capitalist but this is not indicative to material prices and I am also a grade A frugal cheap *****.

TPS makes a nice base. They are currently out of stock for steel bases, but have aluminum ones for $59.00:

Their rings are also pretty decent.
