Used and new aimpoint m2 value?

Just as the tittle says. Whats the going value of a used aimpoint m2? A guy has a good 7-8 listed for sale and he wants $295+ $11.55 shipping They look to be in decent shape what do you think good price or not worth it?

Thing is with m2s, they are less common because I don't think the red dot craze had caught on yet and most folks didn't want to pay what they cost back then.
