Just picked up a Tikka T3 Tactical (.223). Thinking of buying the Bushnell Elite 3200 5-15x40 Mil-Dot. What is everyone's opinion? Also I want to know what mount and rings am I suppsoe to use?

I don't know about the Bushnell scope you cite (I am using Leupold VX-IIIs), but I use Warne rings on my Tikkas. I understand the Talleys are also very highly regarded.
