Botach is now $544 with the mount.
Did the guys who supposedly ordered from Botach cancel their orders once they found out there was no mount to go with that great price?
Can I get 20% off because I am a Calguns member AND an AR15.com member? Can I combine discounts? Will you beat the price of a competitor after the discounts?
What chiselers.Comment

To bad these don't have anything like the built-in lens caps of the Aimpoint T2.

Trijicon doesn't have the best track record with electronic red dot sights, I am going to wait until they prove themselves. This looks like a great option if they can prove to be as reliable as Aimpoint's offerings.Comment

The early SRS had an engineering flaw where the electronics glared off the glass. This is a big fail that a production product from a company like Trijicon should never let happen. There were many reports of failed SRSs and the LED RMR has had its own set of reliability issues. I personally went out on a limb and bought the LED ACOG regardless of Trijicon's track record with electronics. The reason I won't go out on a limb for the MRO is because the Aimpoint Micro exists and is proven. The price difference is not worth the headache of having to deal with something unproven and T1 deals are out there; I picked up a T1 with mount from Midway Usa for $561 shipped last month.Comment

They make a LED ACOG ???
Mine is fiber optic and tritium - no led/no batteries/electronics.
(edit) Heh, sure enough, they do! TA02,
Wondering what advantage this has over the fiber optic/tritium though.
Back on topic, interested in Trij's new RDS! We will see how it performs once it is out!Last edited by SloChicken; 08-30-2015, 10:38 AM.sigpic

You hit it on the nose. Medium light situations like indoor shooting or dawn/dusk is where the LED model shines. The ability to adjust brightness is a big plus as well so you can keep the reticle from blooming.Comment

Has anyone gotten their MRO yet and tested it out? I am on the fence as well due to the glare issues and am holding off on the Aimpoint T-2 for now until their is more feedback.
I have mixed feelings with Botach. Although I have had more positives than negatives with them, you never know as it is a coin toss. I always call and make sure the item is in stock. If it is, I place my order over the phone and seem to get it to the door pretty quick. However if the order is coming direct from vendor, it may take weeks/months to get.
They do have some great deals though.
