Best free float rails in the $250-ish range?

Looking into getting some free floats for a mid-length ar, other than daniel defense, what would be a really good choice?

If you want rails all the way around, Daniel Defense, Troy, and LaRue are all good, depending on your priorities for lightness, slimness, and other features.

If you want something comfortable, fast, light, simple, and with rails just where you need them, the JP VTAC are very popular.

I'd disagree with this. Troy's are just "ok"

I'd suggest the LaRue for a few $ more.

If you really want to save money, consider the VTAC.

For a bit more money you can get a LaRue or Daniel Defense.

If your set on that budget then Troy is a good option. I have been running Midwest Industries and I really like them.
