I think the Eotech is about as fast as it gets, anyone have comments about the smaller reflex optics like the Burriss Fastfire?

I think for most, you will not do faster than EOTech. However, it is of most benefit at close distances for target acquisition due to the field of view. Once you are inside of that range for CQB, basic coordination without regard to sights will get you on target. Hence, there will be some preference for other types of sighting for more precision. I like EOTechs, but I don't really find them comparable to most other RDSs. -
So are the Burris Fastfire type a big difference in speedProtect public lands access http://www.backcountryhunters.org/Comment

The "speed" simply refers to the size of the viewing window. For example, the Leupold Deltapoint has a fairly large window for one of the smaller sights.

I like the Fastfire on a Ruger MkIII I had, not sure I'd want to run it on a rifle. The smaller size/weight is more important on a pistol.Originally posted by CSACANNONEERA real live woman is more expensive than a fleshlight. Which would you rather have?Comment
