xps2 + g33 possible problem?

When I look through the g33 my sight seems aligned to the right. Is this normal or did I get a defective product? Like very obviously not centered, way off to the right. Sight picture is normal when just looking through the xps 2

Do the screws on the side and top of the G33 center the reticle? I thought that was what they did.

Are you referring to the windage and elevation knobs? No, those won't affect the actual placement of the reticle.

Are they new? Make sure everything is legit..

Sometimes with that setup it can appear a bit canted to the right. Can you do as the above poster said, and try and adjust windage and elevation?
