I am not big on BDC reticles as they inherently do not provide for the level of precision I'd like by incorporating baro and inflexibility in cartridges, etc, etc. However, it seems like Nikon has really taken over the BDC stuff by getting a lot more incorporated with their programs.
They have some software for free that will help you calculate shots on a smart phone. Personally, I think it's ridiculous to use phone ballistics applications, but many do.
