Eotech rma

Hey guys, I traded a calgunner for an ar 15 upper with an eotech on it.. Turns out that it has some dim areas that are only seen at certain angles.. Its shaped like a ring.. Anyway......

If you are accepted for an rma from eotech Will They charge you? Or do they charge you after its at their location?

They let you know if there's a charge, usually based on how old the sight. Contact them. They have excellent customer service.

To ensure a prompt turn-around, please write this RMA number on the outside of the package and return to EOTech within 30 days from this confirmation. Attached is the RMA Form with detailed instructions that will assist you with the RMA process. You will not be charged for this repair. If you need further assistance, please let us know.

It clearly states that they wont charge me even though im out of warranty!

Haven't had to RMA with EoTech and hope I never will but it's nice to know they stand by their products.

I had to RMA a brand new Eotech that would dim in the outside of the window. Contacted the guys at Eotech. Great customer service, no charge for me, and turn around was about two weeks I believe.

They repired it and shipped it within a week.. Still havent gotten it back yet though.. They said they shipped it out on the 3rd so thats 6 days... Im a bit worried....

Check with Mike Kroll for a tracking number. Mine came back in about 10 days, door-to-door.

Just got the eotech back in the mail and all I can say is WOW! Their service is amazing! It only took a 2 week turn around time! here is what they did:

Gave me 2 free new AA batteries

Gave me a free release screw

Gave me a free alen wrench

Completely replaced the glass

Made the reticule about 30 times brighter and more crisp.

Replaced the battery compartment and seals

Replaced the button protector

Replaced the protective shield

All for the low cost of free!

This thing works and looks brand new! I couldn't be happier with eotech!

I recently returned an Eotech 512 because the reticle was getting dim. Due to its age they wouldn't repair it and gave me a discount code for $250 off the purchase of an optic on their website. Unfortunately they have been out of holo sights for almost two months now. Still waiting for them to restock.
