Need scope is this a good one??

Is this a good scope looking for one to put on my 700. in 30-06 26" barrel.
Use it at the most out to 600yds.

I highly favor first focal plane, which they make in the same scope for a bit more. If you are okay with second focal plane, then it will be fine. You are shooting a 30-06, so you aren't going to want some cheap Chinese made scope that's going to fall apart and not hold zero with the recoil. The Viper PST line is a good starter scope that'll handle the task of 30-06. Vortex makes really wide range of quality, and I'd recommend not dropping below the Viper PST level, which is what you have chosen, so it should work well for you.
