    Help Me Decide!

    Hello Fellas,

I am trying to decide what optic to run on my new BCM upper. Its a standard middy with FSB. I am strying to keep it under 200, closer to 150. My theory is if I buy closer to 200 I might as well spend roughly another 150 for an aimpoint. I am currently looking at three sights.

    1: VORTEX OPMOD Strikefire II
    What I LIke
-Look-I know looks arnt everything but 2nd cool is nice.
    -Decent quality
-$160 with optics planet 10% off
    What I DONT like
-Possibly the 4MOA dot---IS this a big difference between 4moa and 2 moa
-it is large for a RDS

    2: VORTEX OPMOD Sparc II
    What I LIke
    -Decent quality reports
    -love the FDE look
-2MOA I have heard its better than 4MOA
    DONT LIKE
-Price seems high for a budget optic at 200

    3: Primary arms RDS
    What I LIke
    -Price 110 with mount
    -Good reviews
    -2MOA DOT
    -Seems like a good sight

I just cant make up my mind. I am new to most RDS I have shot high quality optics like eotechs and the like, but do not want to spend that right now with college expenses. Trust me I would run and Eotech if I could. Any opinions would be awesome

    thanks,

    TtT

I really like the Vortex Sparc II.

Its an excellent value at $200. Does all the same things more expensive red dots do.

The new advanced PA dots are without rival for their price.

PA is a very solid company and a pleasure to deal with.

That said, nothing wrong with vortex. But considering the PA has a battery life that rivals aimpoint it is very hard to argue with

IS the adv micro dot worth double the $ over the normal one?
