Unless you have something made custom for you I think you're going to have trouble finding something longer than 15" with quad rails. Most manufacturers try and cater to standard barrel sizes and profiles. Midwest industries used to make a 20" tubular hand guard, but nothing I've seen with quad rails.

Maybe try contacting a local machine shop or smaller handguard manufacturer and see if they are up for a project!

The only thing I could dig up which is technically longer than 15", but still no quad rails was the hand guard used for the War Sport LVOA. http://warsport-us.com/shop/war-spor...l#.VVJvnPlViko

    good luck!

Well i was thinking more on between 15, and 18 inches. Although it could be a cool project. There used to be an extrusion place in my area but i think they've closed down.

I just finished ordering parts for my build and one of my requirements was a pretty long hand guard. I didn't want a quad rail knowing it would be mostly unused, so the following list doesn't have any of those.

                    Midwest Industries Gen2 15" $190
                    Midwest Industries Ser1 15" $165
                    Troy Alpha 15" $200
                    Yankee Hill 15" $205
                    ALG Defense 13" $145
                    Anderson 14.25" $150
                    Daniel Defense 12" $219
                    Nordic 15" $ 95
                    Rainer 15" Keymod $195
                    Rock River 15.5" $190
                    Seekins 15" Keymod $208
                    SLR 16.5" $218
                    Parallax 15" M-LOK $170
                    Fortis 14" Keymod $218

I ended up ordering both the Anderson in my initial order and later discovered the SLR 16.5". The Anderson's biggest flaw was that it didn't allow the upper to pivot very far on the front take down pin before the handguard hits the lower receiver. The SLR is a beautiful piece though and uses the new MLOK standard for attachments.

I recently used a 15" JL Billet hand guard on an LR308 build and i can say the craftsmanship is top notch, i know they make the 15" for AR-15 and AR-10 and it was very light weight for the length, it also uses Magpul's MLok attachments. if your local to San Diego then maybe you can stop by RDL tactical in Escondido, they have some in stock, although my "high profile dpms 15in. hand guard" was something i had to order. Hope this helps.

MLOK and Keymod are both cool i just dont like the idea of having to order a piece of rail when i could just slap something on or adjust in a quick few seconds.. I also think quad rails are the coolest thing, maybe not in your hand but at least they look cool!

If he were to make them in the 150-190 range id be in, but spending over $200 on something that doesn't add function and just aesthetics does not really fit the cards right now.
