sadly ive come down to looking on ebay for a cheap scope for my saiga. can anyone tell me if this is worth the price and any good?

This one is for a Dragunov. Are you sure it will fit a Saiga (I used to know this)? Not all dovetails are the same.
If it is made in Belarus like the one I bought last year, it should be of acceptable quality. Expect a manual in Russian.
Most of the vendors selling these scopes maintain no stock in the US. This one claims to have four in stock in NJ. 99.7% positive feedback is pretty good. I would go for it. Use paypal direct from your account to avoid giving the seller any credit card info.
