Rail and rings for HOWA

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a HOWA Targetmaster package. It comes with a Nikko Sterling 4x16 scope and some Nikko Sterling 0 MOA mount and rings.

I wasn't impressed with the quality of the base. Question is I want to upgrade to better quality ones. Someone suggested a 15 MOA base, which is impossible to find. Perhaps a 20 MOA is in order?

As a beginner shooter to precision bolt guns. What do you suggest for me? My plan is to use the Nikko Scope until I understand the basics, then upgrade.

If you want a one piece base, the action length will determine the length of the base. What caliber is your rifle?

I have an EGW 20moa base and it is a quality piece. Talley also makes one that is very high quality.
