    Need help identifying this optic

A buddy of mine gave this to me yesterday, he has a decently sized collection of guns, real and airsoft, and he gave this to me on a whim thinking that it's an airsoft replica.

Long story short, after a couple hours on google, i think its a Real PSO.

I was digging around for a bit, came across some very similar scopes but the placement of the "made in belarus" text is slightly different.

    so my main questions is:

1)Is this real or just a very good replica?
if it is real, which scope is it exactly? (PSOP, PSO-1, PSO-2, etc)

    Thanks

Mount it to a real gun and fire away like mad.
If it doesnt break then it is probably real

Absolutely real. It was made in Belarus after the fall. Made with military specifications but for import. That's why it has 'made in Belarus' in English. thats required for import into the US. It is a POS-1 configuration, but actually called the POSP4x24.

POSP made in Belarus on Soviet based optical industry (factory).
PSO is/was made in Russia, PSO is the main scope for Russian military although Russians have adopted several other scopes from Belarus as well, on a smaller scale, but usually they are bought privately.

Optically, PSO made in Russia has better glass than POSP made mainly for export. Especially Soviet era PSO's that have the best glass of any military grade optic and usually sell well over $500-600. While POSP is around $200-250.
Construction wise, new POSP-PSO are very similar and internally are identical. Both have various versions or spin offs from original 4x24 model.
