Anyone know of a trijicon acog rear cover that won't pop off?
perhaps I should have just bought another red dot.

I don't use them on any of mine. Scopecoats get put on when in storage.
I do use GG&G qd mounts though and they make this. HERE Pricey.
*Modified BC flip ups.

The buttler creek rear flip cap worked for me. You'll need to heat the flip cap up with a blow dryer before putting it on to make it more pliable. Once it cools down it should sit on there without popping off, even on the ACOG models that accept the base for the RMR/docter RDS.
