Looking for sights

Went to a gun show and the LED flashlight booth had an air soft AR with one of their flashlights mounted. What caught my and my buddies eye were the sights on the plastic gun. The sights were plastic but their profile and use of light tubes was interesting. I have seen 'real' front sites that use a light tube but no rears with such a low profile using light tubes.

I have this. it looks good through a matech 600 adjustable, just waiting on the proper gas block to mount it
