Looking for a Light

I just purchased a Beretta 92A1 and am looking for a light to mount to the bottom of it. I know the streamlight trl-1 fits like a glove, so that can be our base size. Which Lights do you all prefer?

Would like:

Extremely Bright Light

Water Proof/ Water Resistant

Strobe feature

Long battery Life (Preferably a common battery but not nesessary)

Laser (Optional- I shoot just fine with my night sights)



Picked up the firearm for HD (home deffense) and am looking for a quality light at a great price. Price range will be under $300 unless you convince me on something haha .


I see this is the section for lights but it amazes me that there is no info, maybe future cal-gunners can use this as a guide so the more detailed the better! Thank you

I know this is going to sound crazy, and mine doesn't have the strobe feature, but I like the NC Star. Mine works great and the green laser if used in place of the flashlight works as well as my Veridian. I think I paid $55 for it.

The only issue is that other than a custom Sticky Holster, it's almost impossible to find a holster for, especially if you want Kydex.
