3-gun range bag?

The Midway range bag will hold at least 4, if you want to go cheap. If you want quality, I'd suggest Shooter's Connection range bag. They're the same design but the Shooter's connection bag will last a lifetime.

BTW, if you put 4 guns, ammo, magazines,etc..it's going to get really heavy.

Support those that support the sport. That said, the Shooters' Connection bag will EASILY do it and it's made in the US unlike most.

I think the Midway/Shooter's connection bag is OK, but loaded up it's too bulky and pretty awkward. I prefer to split the guns and ammo/accessories up.

They often have 50% off sales (or more) - wait for one of those.

The one you bought I have two of - I like them for quick sessions. Plenty of space for 2 guns, mags and enough ammo for a day.

I checked out the Tommy's Gun Pack MD Bag, but it came back with too much negative reviews for me to feel comfortable shelling out $100 for.

Since we're on the topic of soft-sides, multiple-pistol cases, any suggestions (other than Tommy's, but similar) for a pack that'll hold at least 6 pistols?

I got the MD Bag, and I like the bag itself pretty well - solid, well made, and good looking. I don't care much for the inserts, though. They seem pretty useless for my needs. I've mostly used them for transporting hard drives at work.

I ended up using it to hold a pair of PC speakers for when my wife needs to do presentations, and it's been good for that.

If I were going to use it as a multi-gun range bag, I'd find some of the least padded zipper bags I could to put into it, to keep the internal bulk down.

I also have the big Midway bag, and I agree, it's too big for routine use. I use it when I'm doing a major outdoor range trip.

My god... $100?! I paid $23 for mine. Yikes...

Have they changed their bag? The one I have has about 1/4" closed cell foam in each of the inserts that completely surround each gun. I've never perceived them to be less than adequate.

That's really disturbing if things have changed. I'd need to withdraw my approval.

The bagmaster, above, is too small for even minor accessories. I now have eyes, ears, mags, and an uplula loader.

The problem I'm seeing in many multi-pistol bags is that the pistols are often not stored together. That means multiple locks. I want *one* lockable compartment for the guns. The Midway bag? Tommy's?

I have the Glock 1 gun and 4 gun. Good stuff, separate padded compartments and slots for a good amount of mags.

You can buy a cheap tool bag at supply sargent and cheap gun rugs that will hold up. If the tool bag you are looking at doesn't have a place for a lock you might be able to burn a hole into one end with a soldering iron that will make you legal.

I have a CED range bag which is nice but kind of expensive, go for the midway bag and if you don't like it then try the ced or shooters connection bag.
