I just bought a Cannon 24 gun safe for the same price. Just hold out a little longer. The deals are out there. Check Facebook and Craigslist

I've had one for a few years. They work and they're cheap. Depending upon your preferences, these are not burglar-proof OR fire-proof. It weighs about
200 pounds BUT, you must secure to the floor and wall.
IF SECURITY is your main thrust, you will spend 10 times more money....for a quality safe.

If the is the only thing you can afford it beats leaving them in the closet. I would strongly suggest you spend just a little more for something a lot better

I have one. It may not be the best but it works for my needs. I have two rifles in there and 4 pistols on hangers, plus all my ammo. it works for me.

My post above wasn't meant to question the quality of the safe. Just to point out that they placed a pygmy sized woman next to it to make it seem bigger than it actually is.
And that you know what you are going to get when you walk into the store
