Storm Hardigg Case middle-layer foam replacement??

Best rifle case I have ever had. (Don't like the wheels tho if you're not man enough to carry a rifle case go play golf) I would like to have multiples of the middle layer of foam so I can configure the case for different outings. I have found replacement kits for all three layers of foam but I can't find just the middle layer for sale, and I would like to find similar foam, it seems high-quality, any body in the same boat figure this out yet??

Found a place in SF on Howard/9th. Guy brought out a small 24x60x2 that I could cut down--$70!!!! Then he mentioned he could special order from the factory to my dimensions and that price was only $30--so I spent the savings on something I've wanted for quite a while now, an Ace Hardware 100-yrd tape measure........
