    Range bag necessities?

My gf gave me a range bag filled with goodies for Christmas. I didn't have a dedicated bag before, but now that I do, anything handy you guys could share that I should have in my bag? (Eye/ear protection and cleaning supplies is what's in it now.)

Get an ammo can or similar for the cleaning gear, that's a separate issue

Exchangeable tip screwdriver for sight adjustments and what ever else. Also get a few small allen screw size tips and a couple of the 'star' type tips. Shooting gloves. A squib rod, even if you're not a reloader they come in handy for stuff. A bench mat for your gun. Pen/pencil, pad (I use business cards to write on too.) Small oiler with a needle tip for lubrication. Leatherman style pliers that have other tools included. An old auto antennae that's bent on the small end to pick up brass....extend it so you don't need to bend all of the time, or to reach beyond the firing line with it. Extra foam ears, just in case. Range/safety card. Rag or two for mopping up. Flashlight, even if the lights are on, sometimes a flashlight is needed to look down a bore or cylinder. Extra magazines.

If anything Range book/folder. You could reduce that to doing it all on your iPhone but the point is to have a plan before you hit the range and make notes of anything that you learned that day. That will help you a lot to improve your shooting.

A small package of band aids can save the day sometimes.

You would be surprised at the crap I stuff in my range bag LOL. All the tools needed for any dissasembly or cleaning. Rods are really important in case you get a stuck case imo. Staplers and tape of course for targets are important in case your range doesn't provide them. Then the normal stuff you would think to bring. Oh and ra ragnge book and Mildot master too,
