I purchased several identical items from them. After about a year or two one happened to have a screw fall out. This was well beyond the one year limited warranty for the product. They shipped a replacement no questions asked, without making me send back the broken item. Can't beat that kind of service. My issue was something they had never seen before. I cannot guarantee they handle every claim that way. But they earned some serious customer loyalty with me, well worthy of recommending them to others. Additionally, their products are best in class. I tried similar products from bigger name brands. Was much happier with the build quality and functionality of theirs.
