Bog pod tripod

I just bought this aluminum Bog Pod tripod/shooting rest and it's worked great. I was surpised at how steady it holds even a heavy rifle Here it is with a 26" varmint weight barrelled, LH Savage Model 11. I can now stand outside my basement door and shoot all the way to the cow gate 525 yards away. There is small rise at the end of my backyard 50 yards away that kept me from seeing the fence line when seated at the shooting bench.

That's the one that came with the BogPod.

It was steady enough for me to hit a young raccoon at 446 yards a couple of days ago.
