I'm in the market for a safe, ive been looking around for the best bang for my budget around 500. I know thats not much. It looks like the bighorn that was on sale at costco is the best in that price range, but I saw another post of a guy using a jobsite tool chest for gun storage, so my question is comparing these 2 which offers better security.
Also I'll be going to the crossroads gunshow in ontario, are there any really good deals on safes there?

Refer to the thread, costco Safes to be on sale soon(Updated). On the second page, we have talked about a Bighorn safe which is supposed to go on sale on June 14th on Costco, for around $500. As for a Jobsite tool chest, I doubt they offer much or any fire protection, or a security tamper resistant re-locking mechanism, etc. And you may have to stack your guns??
