Sling mount question?

I have a Magpul UBR stock on order, should be here on Wednesday. I currently have an ASAP sling plate adapter and the CTR stock. The Magpul MS2 sling is on the way ( I ordered it from the Magpul website on May 11 and they showed it "in stock".... still waiting ) As I understand it the ASAP will not work with the UBR. My question is: will this swivel...

sure, you can attatch the QD Sling mount to the left side of the rifle if your a righty... or oppo if your a lefty... just use the forward mounting point on the stock... will it work like if you had the ASAP on the CTR, not quite as smoothly... if you use the rear mounting point on the stock the weapon system will hang low, and you not beable to switch from weapon side to reaction side... it is a little more combersome but it will work...


so attatch the QD at the front of the stock, attack the quick release to the QD, attatch the alligator clip to the D Ring... single point sling...

disconnect the alligator clip, connect it to another QD on the front side rail... 2 point sling ...
