Never have ordered anything from them. I too am looking for an A1 upper. Already have 2. One rifle and one carbine. Now looking to build another.

All the usuall places I buy from are sold out of A1 uppers.
Thanks for posting. I will stay away from them.

    Good luck

If you're worried ask for a refund - that will tell you quickly if they are a legit place or just selling product until they get enough cash in hand to order from their supplier.

I've been on their site several times and all the older retro uppers they offer either state at the bottom CURRENTLY ON BACK ORDER - No Estimated Time frame for in stock.
        Maybe that's the issue?

They are notoriously bad. I've read accounts from people who haven't received their product after a year has gone by.

I've gotten 2 uppers from https://tntesales.com/, a C7 carbine, and a slick side GAU-5, both are fantastic uppers. (I've heard that their custom orders can take a REALLY long time and can be a pain, both of my orders have been for in stock items, and I had a great experience).

For parts, I'd look to tnt if they are in stock, or fulton armory. For upper receivers your best bet for a whole upper will probably be to wait for an H&R product to become available. I think all the A1 upper builders are using NDS receivers, and I would expect Palmetto is going to have all NDS uppers prioritized for their H&R line.

The owner is knowingly selling defective gear. It is not blemished; it is defective. He is also rebranding junk as Colt. Seriously a scam seller.
I was pretty surprised to see that. I knew he'd sell knock offs, but usually marks them as not being authentic. Claiming uppers made by a mfg who Colt sources parts from as being a Colt upper... pretty sus.

Here's my rule of thumb on places to do business with. If it doesn't have a physical address on their website or if the address goes to a mailbox address at a UPS store or post office, you will probably be screwed.
