Any runners have solutions for holsters?

has been pretty difficult finding one when you wanna use running shorts.

Looking for something that allows movement, sitting, and tying shoe laces, without pulling running shorts down.

Use a Velcro belt around the waist without loops and clip holster on.

Depending how rigorous your run is, it still may not be feasible.

There’s also the belly band type…

I've seen that Enigma, but whether or not it works for runners is questionable...

The trick will be overcoming the inertia of the weapon when it moves. Shorts with an elastic waist band will not do this. Your best bet is either a belly band or some way to secure the weapon to your body. Hopefully you can do this without impeding your draw too much.

Carrying isn't meant to be comfortable, carrying is meant to be comforting. Get a fanny pack.

I got a Bravo Belt for running/ jogging. It works very well. Stays in place, isn't constricting and hides under a shirt well for me. The only thing I don't like, but feel its necessary is the retention strap. Just need to practice with it to become proficient at drawing your weapon.

Just hold your gun in your right hand. Run fast.

I run with a NAA .22 Mag revolver in these shorts:

                      They have three pockets:

                      - one on the left with a zipper for my ID, Credit Card, Medical Ins
                      - one in the middle for my Auvi-Q and/or AirPod Pro case
                      - one mesh on the right for my NAA revolver

What I love about these shorts is that nothing moves when you run. No bounce, no rattle, nothing. I've run multiple marathons with them while carrying without issue.

I imagine you could scale up to a Seecamp if you can't carry .22 Mag.

You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.
If I were you, I would not pass this up. I would not let this go by...this is rare.
                      Come on...what harm??

I run with a Fanny pack and my P365 inside of it in a tulsyer holster. The gun doesn’t really move around too much and stays in the orientation I put it in. I’ve tried a belly band but that gets sweaty and gross after more than a day and wasn’t my thing.

Thunderwear/SmartCarry or any of their derivatives. They'll comfortably conceal and carry a snubbie or 380 no problem. The pocket 9s as well...

I have a smartcarry holster for jog/walk/sprint. I only run if all else has failed.

Comfortable and secures handgun plus spare mag or pepper spray or light.
