It might be an optical illusion, but the logo in the first picture looks like a triangle and the one in your pic is a circle.

It is possible that different people rebrand the same light.

Note that the cutouts in the pocket clip are different. But we could be looking at two different generations and they changed the clip.

The light, however, looks very similar to a lot of lights currently out on the market...like these two from Fenix.

OP, that UC35-v2 that I linked you to is a nice torch too. 1000 lumen. Runs on either primary or rechargeables and can be recharged directly from a micro USB cable so it can be charged easily in the car as well.
