Spring-loaded firearm "lock?"

I have a 12 year old and am looking for a spring-loaded lock that will go over the trigger and has enough pressure so that she cannot take it off. I don't want a key, combination, biometrics, etc that will slow me down, just something that will cover the trigger in a way that she cannot remove it unless she has my strength. I plan to use it on a shotgun but may want something for a handgun as well.

I am thinking of something like this on steroids which would go through the trigger guard like a traditional trigger lock.

I am not sure what you are asking is even possible. If it can be taken off with only hand pressure, what would keep a lesser strengthed person from using a pry tool to take it off? Relative strength can be multiplied with leverage. I would strongly recommend an actual locking device to be safe. For quick access, V-line makes a great push combo in the wall safe for your shotgun.
