I'm hoping someone here can help me. Try to figure out when this thing was made and who by.... It's only got the marking shown in the picture...... Also wondering what the value might be on one of these?...thanks

Google Image Search says it looks like an AUSTRIAN MARTINI STYLE SCHUETZEN TARGET RIFLE
