    A few Finn Mosin-Nagant M39's

This is one of mine M39's

It's a 1942 unissued B barrel with a very distinct plum barrel. Matching bolt and beautiful post-war stock with some stripes.

    Here is a 1941 Sako
This one has seen better days, blueing is gone, some rust got to it as a result but it's still beautiful. The stock looks like marble.

    This is a 1944 Sako
I'll post better pics of this as this one doesn't do it justice. Beautiful tiger stripes on this one

      A 1944 VKT that I sold to 69Mach1

I'll post some pics of my shooter, a B barrel that I added Mojo sights to. The trigger is so smooth on this one.

        Beautiful rifles.

The M39s are truly shooters guns. Well balanced, accurate and felt recoil is surprisingly low for a x54R. The beautiful wood doesn't hurt either.

the finnish were pretty picky about using heavily burled or rippled wood in their guns. I fell asleep during botany, but I guess the burled wood only comes from severely traumatized trees trying to heal over so that scarring is heavier and stronger wood

My M39 stocks aren't as awesome as those but I think all of the Finnish stocks are great looking. The wood on my M30 makes it look so much better than your standard 91/30.
