    WTB 1903A3

I'm in the market for a 1903A3. I've been debating between another Garand or a 1903A3 for a while now and finally decided on the 03. I prefer one that isn't sporterized, or if it is, that it at least has the original sights and not be D&T for a scope.

What is your price range? I know of a shop in SD County with 4-5 1903A3ranging from $700-$2000+ depending on all the normal factors.

I'm looking for a good shooter, doesn't have to be anything rare or fancy. I'm hoping to fine one for $500-$800 (maybe as high as $900). I'm located just north of OC.

Can you find out if he is interested in selling it? If so, can you get some pics and a description of the rifle and what he would want for it? Do you think he will be willing to sell it FTF instead of going through a LGS?
