    Other info: Bolt is mismatched (#24659 from a K00/11 or a K05/11) Hand guard removed, stock shortened. Trigger guard, magazine, & buttplate have been chromed. Bolt handle knob is compleat. P (privatized) marked.

    1. FTF Cash transaction in Santa Barbara County if you will provide me copies of a valid California DL, FFL03 + COE, all must be active and current and address on DL and FFL03 must match.
    2. Will ship out of state to eligible FFL03 holders. A signed FFL03 + copy of your current state DL, must be in my hand first. Addresses of FFL03 + DL must match. Ineligible areas for direct shipping see #3 below.
    3. Will ship to any FFL01, IF verified in writing to me beforehand that they will accept shipment from a non-dealer. If I ship to your FFL and they reject the shipment, you agree to pay me for UPS Ground charges of $50.00 each way.
    4. If you do NOT hold a current FFL03 + COE, and want to see the rifle in person and do a cash transaction, will only PPT at an FFL in my area. Buyer pays all fees. You must have a FSC. These guns may be posted on other boards and are subject to prior sale. Buyer will be determined by time stamped message stating, "I will buy it" via Calguns PM or e-mail to waffenfabrik_@hotmail.com (note there is an underscore after waffenfabrik) Please include your cell phone number.

    Shipping:
    Buyer pays all UPS Ground shipping charges including mandatory insurance. Rifle will be carefully packed in a new, plastic foam lined rifle case, with this case put into cardboard box. Generally, expect $50.00 to $75.00 shipping charges including insurance. I will inform you the exact cost once you agree to purchase the rifle.

    Payment:
    I only accept USPS Money Order made out to me for shipped orders. Cash only, for face to face PPT. No PayPal, no personal or bank checks. Rifle will ship 1-3 days after your money order clears.
