Brass rods/tacs inserted into stock behind recoil lug and it looks like the wood behind the recoil lug has been shored up with epoxy or wood glue. Fits 98 Mauser action fine and recoil lug is tight with no play. Includes handguard with a small chip in the front, should not affect function of handguard and is repairable. $40 + Shipping.
