Chance to get commission rifle stocks

I takled to Chris at Boyd's gunstocks. He said that if a few ppl request a batch they will make a run of them. Please request Gew 88/ Commission Rifle stocks. I am putting the link at the bottom. This would really help put all those stockless projects back in service and that would be a good thing. Currently no one makes any type of stock for them. The request literally takes 90 seconds. Thanks!

Are these going to be military patterned stocks, not sporters?

I didn't specify. At this point I would be happy to get anything inlet for a Gew 88. I would think the most likely outcome would be a classic sporter since they have the blank and would only have to change the inletting.

Don't get your hopes up. What they say they will do, usually isn't isn't what will get done. They promised me SVT-40 stocks if they got enough requests. I had a multitude of people from several different forums make the requests, and nothing happened. I was dealing with Randy and Dorothy.
CASEC, contact Dave, aka "inthe10ring" on the Mauser Central Forums. He'll need a stock to make a pattern from, and can change outside dimensions to your request for a sporter stock.
